The new membership portal allows members to select their chosen membership, sign up and make a payment via the Stripe eCommerce payment platform.
Upon creating an account, members are able to sign in to a secure portal and manage their account with the ability to renew their membership at the beginning of the next membership year.
Club administrators can sign in, view and amend members details with the ability to export data for reporting purposes.
Martin Bidlake-Corser, Henley Rugby Club's Membership Secretary said: "Bimotech have been hosting our cloud based membership database, cloud data storage and hosted Microsoft Exchange mailboxes for some years, so when we decided to revamp our online membership presence, we did not hesitate to ask John to design the new system."

Bimotech have also worked closely with a loyalty card system supplier to ensure their system coordinated with the enhanced membership database, and to provide loyalty card top-ups through the web portal. Also included are email notifications to ensure that team managers and membership personnel are alerted when members sign up."
